This project was a complete reconstruction of a main collector street running through campus. The work consisted of design and construction of the new street, sewers, curb and gutters, historical street lights, sidewalks, landscaping, and irrigation. It also required widening an existing bridge to facilitate the new street width. The project budget was $1.5M. Mr. Blair provided the principal role for the project, including intergovernmental agency coordination, project management, civil engineering design, design team management, and construction management. The design team disciplines included civil engineering, landscape architects, structural engineering, and electrical engineering. The project owner was Oregon State University.
