Historic Whiteside Theatre Sewer Repair
This wonderful historic building was shut down by the City of Corvallis several years ago because the sanitary sewer line had failed, creating health concerns. The project was especially complicated because the sewer line had a connection 10-feet directly under an adjacent building, housing three businesses which were not experiencing problems. Repair attempts by the previous owners of the Whiteside had failed, seriously jeopardizing an affordable solution for the new non-profit owners.
We were able to gain the trust and permission from the adjacent businesses and building owners with our unique solution and experience, and successfully designed, engineered, and managed the project. The project minimized impact to the businesses, and was completed early and under budget, to the gratification of all parties.
